Shipping & Returns
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. For items that are temporarily out of stock, please contact us at email@example.com for estimated dates of restocking and delivery.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the distance it has to travel from our store. Requests for specific shipping additions — i.e. next day, three day air, signature required — can be accommodated for an additional charge to the customer.
All items are shipped via Canada Post or USPS, all packages are carefully wrapped and insured when applicable/possible. There is no signature required unless specified.
At times, Gibby books may be printed on demand and shipped directly from our book distributor based on the destination location. Please allow an extra 1-2 weeks for books to be printed in addition to standard shipping times for these items arrive.
Return & Exchange Policy
Gibby is here to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policies. While we hope it doesn’t come to this, if you’re not pleased with your purchase from www.gibbythegibbon.com, simply contact us within 30 days from the date of shipment and we will give you a refund or replacement book.
Returns are generally processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of requests. Your refund will be posted to the original method(s) of payment within 5 business days.
Please allow extra time for our busy holiday period.
